Can I draw for you?

I've decided to have a little giveaway today- just from now until around 10 tonight. All you have to do to enter is go to my flickr, have a look round my artwork and leave a comment under your favourite piece. Then come back to my blog and leave a comment here telling me what you would like me to draw/paint for you. I will incorporate elements from the artwork you have chosen e.g. collage, sketch, gouache illustration- with your idea.

I will read through the comments tonight and pick the one I fancy doing- if you don't think I will find you on twitter/blogger/facebook or folksy then please leave your email here so I can get in touch to let you know you've been chosen. If you would like a message/colourway or anything else with your themed drawing/painting just let me know below. I will try and have the artwork completed within the next week and will post the original out to you. Your comments are very important to me and much appreciated- I hope you will take part.

  1. I'd love you to draw a small boy and girl as a representation of the 2 children of mine that just didn't hold on tight enough! I think your style could capture the love and the loss beautifully

  3. I would love something involving dinosaurs and or cars! I think your artwork would look great hung up in my sons room. My son's nickname has evolved in Mr. Zilla (godzilla) - don't ask, lol!

  8. I love your blog!
I'm moving into a new house at the end of August, and would love a drawing of a quirky house mixed with collage and gouache, with some of your flower designs incorporated. ('How the flowers grow' on Flickr), and with the words Home Sweet Home painted.
    Great giveaway, good luck everyone!

  9. This is like asking me to choose between crisps and chocolate!!!

offthehook has such a lovely idea, it would be so special to remember lost loved ones in such a unique way. However I think I would find it hard to choose between a very personal gouache design for our lost boys OR something to help commemorate the launch the KitschnBake brand. Cupcakes and Russian dolls galore - you can't get much more kitsch than that! How is a gal meant to choose, am only human you know!!

Best of luck choosing, there are some wonderful ideas and it's a great competition.

  11. I would love a picture for my new bedroom to illustrate my jewellery making craft - what goes on in the head of a jewellery maker? It's full of beads and sparkles and ribbons and bits and pieces, inspirations from nature...kind of like what a "beader's dream" might look like if you could see it.

  12. What a clever idea! Way too many cool pics to choose from but the style & idea of this one really appealed to me http://www.flickr.com/photos/sketchstitch/4659938439/. I'd love to have my 3 naughty sock gardeners done like this - especially Alan who's my favourite! http://thesockgarden.wordpress.com/category/the-gardeners/ x Shaz
